One person reads this inbox, so replies take a day or two. English and Hungarian both fine.

Writing about a bug? Please include your iPhone or iPad model, your iOS version, the game version (Settings, bottom of the screen), and which galaxy and planet you were on. It turns a guess into a fix.

Progress and saves

Where is my progress stored?

On your iPhone or iPad, in the app's own storage - medals, stars, coins, guns and colonists. There is no account and nothing to sign in to, so nothing is held on a server for you.

I deleted the game. Can I get my progress back?

Only from a device backup. Deleting the app deletes its saved data with it, and because there is no account there is no copy anywhere else. If you restore your iPhone from an iCloud or Finder backup made while the game was installed, your progress comes back with it.

Does my progress move to a new iPhone?

Yes, if you transfer or restore from a backup when setting the new phone up. It does not sync live between two devices.

Coins and purchases

Do I have to buy anything?

No. Every gun, upgrade and colonist can be bought with coins earned by playing, and the whole campaign - all twelve galaxies - is playable without spending anything. Coin packs are a shortcut, not a gate.

Why is there no “Restore Purchases” button?

Because coin packs are consumable purchases. The coins are added to your balance the moment the purchase completes and are then spent in the game, so there is nothing left to restore - Apple treats consumables this way for every app. The guns, upgrades and colonists you bought with those coins stay saved on the device.

I paid and did not get my coins.

First, reopen the game while online - an interrupted purchase usually finishes itself on the next launch. If the coins still have not arrived, email us with the date of the purchase and the pack you bought, and we will sort it out.

I want a refund.

Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us - we never see your payment details and cannot issue one. Use reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple Account. Tell us as well if the reason was something we broke.

Sound, language and the app

How do I turn off the music or the sound effects?

Settings, from the main menu. Music and sound effects have separate switches, so you can keep one and drop the other.

What languages does the game speak?

English, Hungarian, Spanish, German, French and Norwegian. It follows your iPhone's language automatically - change it in iOS Settings, and the game follows. Names of people, galaxies and planets stay as they are in every language.

Can I change the app icon?

Yes - Settings, then pick one. It changes on the Home Screen straight away.

The opening story - can I see it again?

Yes. The crawl plays by itself once, on a fresh install; to watch it again, open Settings and tap Intro. The same history is on the UCF History screen in the game, in full and any time you like.

Requirements

DeviceiPhone or iPad. Portrait, one thumb.
iOSiOS 17 or later.
InternetNot needed to play. Only for buying coin packs.
PriceFree, with optional coin packs.
AdsNone. There are no adverts anywhere in the game.

Anything else

Feature requests, a galaxy you would like to see, a difficulty spike that felt unfair - all welcome. This game is small and hand-tuned, and player mail genuinely changes it.
